Troubleshooting

What to do when sign-in, email, files, or invitations do not work as expected.

Troubleshooting

Most issues can be solved by checking your workspace URL, email inbox, browser permissions, or network connection.

I cannot sign in

Check that you are using the correct workspace URL and email address. If you still cannot sign in, contact support at igor@hansa.chat.

I did not receive an email

Check spam or junk mail first. If the message is not there, ask an admin to resend the invitation or contact support at igor@hansa.chat.

I cannot upload a file

Try a smaller file, refresh the page, and upload again. If the same file still fails, contact support at igor@hansa.chat.

I cannot see a channel

For private channels, ask a channel member or workspace admin to invite you. For public channels, ask an admin whether the channel was archived.

I cannot invite someone

Only admins can send workspace invitations. If you need to invite someone but do not see the Invitations tab, ask a workspace admin for help.

I changed my email and did not get verification

Check the inbox for the new email address, including spam. If verification still does not arrive, contact support at igor@hansa.chat.
