Does every team member need an email address?
No. Employees can start with a phone number or an assisted QR code — no email needed. Only owner accounts require an email address.
What does HansaChat for cleaning companies cost?
The 69 €/month base includes 50 people and 25 GB of storage. The cleaning pack (my day, sites, checklists, roster, working time) costs 89 €. Optional: voice & translation 39 €, message triage 29 €, each additional 100-person block 49 €. Your first month is free — with every add-on.
Which languages are translated?
More than 150 languages. Everyone picks their own language; text and voice messages are translated automatically and the original is one tap away. Translation is part of the voice & translation add-on (39 € per month).
Do you track my employees' location?
No. HansaChat records no location and uses no GPS — not for working time either. Only what your employees tap in themselves is recorded.
How do my employees get into HansaChat?
Via a link in the browser or with the HansaChat app for iOS and Android. Nobody needs an email address: phone-number sign-in works in the browser, and we set up QR access with you during onboarding.
Who counts as a person?
Every active member of your company in HansaChat — including office staff, part-timers, temps and seasonal workers. People you remove no longer count. 50 people are included; after that 100 more join at once.
What happens after the trial month?
We remind you after 14 and 28 days. After 30 days your company account pauses: signing in and reading still work; to keep working you add a payment method. Without payment everything is deleted after 90 days — we remind you before that.
Does it work in buildings with no reception?
The day's assigned work loads onto the device and stays usable offline; changes sync once you are back online. The app tells you honestly what is still unsynced.
What happens to our data?
Hosting in Germany and the EU, GDPR-compliant processing. Your photos, checklists and records belong to you and can be exported at any time.
