Today is the working page for every cleaner: all of their shifts for the day, grouped by service window.
The shift flow
- Open the shift: site, service date, checklist and state are visible. Overdue shifts are flagged in red.
- Start: the shift moves to
In progress; the starter becomes the responsible person by default. - Work the steps: one deliberate tap sets a step to
Done. The secondary menu offersBlockedandNot applicable— both require a reason.Notesare optional; when the template requires a photo or note, the required fields appear. - Report a problem: Report issue creates a report with category, priority and optional photo — see Issues and reports. A report never completes a step or a shift automatically.
- Submit: the pre-submit check:
- Steps still open? Then the shift cannot be completed.
- Everything done and no review required? The shift becomes
Completeddirectly. - Blocked or not-applicable steps, or review required? The shift goes to the site lead for review (
Submitted).
States of a shift
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Planned | Not started yet |
| In progress | Started, checklist running |
| Submitted | Waiting for review (required or with exceptions) |
| Completed | Done — directly without review, or after release |
| Needs rework | The review requested rework — linked to the new shift |
| Cancelled | Authorized cancellation (with actor recorded) |
Working at the same time
Several people may work on the same shift; every action is attributed to the person who actually did it. If somebody else saves in between, instead of a silent overwrite you see the notice "Changed by someone else" — the current state is loaded.
