When somebody leaves the company, administration removes workspace access with one click — fast and complete.
The flow
- Workspace settings → members, search the person, Remove access.
- A single confirmation dialog names the person and the workspace.
- Immediately afterwards: no new sign-ins, no new server actions — the person's messages and contributions remain as history (removing access is not deletion).
What happens in the background
- Sessions and sign-in tokens are revoked immediately; phone codes and QR invitations of this person expire.
- Announcement publishing rights expire.
- Ongoing calls and realtime connections are disconnected; the status shows "Disconnecting sessions" until cleanup completes.
- Future shifts of the person appear in Operations as unassigned — planned customer work is never cancelled silently.
- Files already downloaded to private devices cannot be recalled. The device itself cleans up at the next online contact.
Protection against mistakes
- The workspace owner and the last active administrator cannot be removed.
- Clicking twice is harmless: the operation is repeatable and always returns the same completion report.
- Rehiring is a deliberate new invitation — old sessions never come back to life.
