New cleaning workspaces run free for the first month — without a credit card and with every building block. Afterwards you pay on a HansaChat payment page that you open straight from the app or from our emails, without a separate login.
The trial month
- The trial lasts 30 days. It starts when you create your company on hansachat.de or take over a workspace we prepared for you.
- Everything is included during the trial: the cleaning package, Voice messages & translation and Message triage with service reports.
- You only need a payment method if you want to keep working after the trial.
- We remind you by email on day 14 and day 28. Every email contains a link to the payment page.
Pilot workspaces have no trial; their billing shows Pilot, and there is nothing for you to do.
Take over a prepared workspace
If we prepared a workspace for you, take it over within 14 days of it being made available. When you take it over, you set your password and the trial starts. If the workspace is not taken over in time, the access link expires and the prepared workspace is deleted with all its data.
Billing in the app
The workspace owner finds billing under Settings → Billing. Other administrators and members do not see this tab.
- Trial — day … of 30 with the days left and the end date.
- Your packages: HansaChat Base, Cleaning pack, Voice & translation and Message triage, each marked Included, Included in the trial or Not booked.
- Pay now (during and after the trial) or Manage billing (after payment) opens the payment page.
During the last seven days of the trial, a notice at the top of the app also reminds the owner with Pay now.
The link from the app is valid for a few minutes and only once. The payment page is limited to this one workspace and does not sign you in anywhere.
Choose a package and pay
On the payment page you put your package together:

Additional storage is still booked separately. Billing is monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Continue to secure payment opens our payment provider Creem: you pay 69 € for the base plan there, and the selected packs and people blocks are charged right after on the same monthly subscription. While online payment is not open yet, you send us your selection instead — we get in touch, and your workspace stays as it is until then.
After payment the same page offers Change packs and Manage billing (payment method, invoices, cancellation at Creem). Added packs are charged prorated right away; removed packs stay until the end of the paid period.
Request a new payment link
If a link has expired or was already used, open Request a payment link and enter the workspace owner's email address. If it belongs to a workspace, we send a new link. Do not forward payment links — they open the payment page without a password.
After the trial
Without payment, the workspace becomes read-only at the end of the trial:
- Everyone can still sign in and read everything.
- Sending messages, editing visits, recording working time and finalizing service reports are blocked. The top of the app shows This workspace is read-only.
- Exports such as timesheets and service reports can still be downloaded.
- The owner can continue at any time with Pay now. Your data stays as it is.
An unpaid workspace is deleted permanently 90 days after the end of the trial. We remind the owner by email 30, 7 and 1 day before.
