What does HansaChat cost?
€99 net per month plus VAT — for 50 people with 25 GB of storage, automatic translation and voice messages included. Each additional block of 100 people costs €49 net. The first month is free, no credit card.
Which languages are translated?
More than 150 languages. Everyone picks their own language; text and voice messages are translated automatically, and the original is one tap away.
How fast is the translation?
Usually a message is shown in the reader's language about a second after it arrives. Voice messages are transcribed first and then translated.
Does every team member need an email address?
No. Employees start with a phone number or QR code — no email at all. Only owner accounts need an email address.
How do my employees get into HansaChat?
Via a link in the browser or with the HansaChat app for iOS and Android. Phone-number sign-in works in the browser; we set up QR access with you during onboarding.
Who counts as a person?
Every active member of your workspace — including office staff, part-timers, temps and seasonal workers. People you remove no longer count. 50 people are included; after that, 100 more come at once.
What happens to our data?
Hosting in Germany and the EU with GDPR-compliant processing. Your messages and files belong to you and can be exported at any time.
What happens after the trial month?
We remind you after 14 and 28 days. After 30 days your workspace pauses: signing in and reading still work; to keep working, you add a payment method. Without payment everything is deleted after 90 days — we remind you first.
